The Findings Revealed A Significant Relationship Between Teacher's Job Motivation And Teacher's Effectiveness; A Significant Gender Difference In Teacher' Effectiveness In Favour Of Male Teachers But With No Gender Difference In Job Motivation. Based On The Findings Of The Study, The Researcher Recommends Among Other Things: The Ministry Of Education And School Authority Should Focus On Improving Teachers' Motivation By Providing Incentives, Recognition, And Opportunities For Professional Development Regardless Of Gender. Teacher Effectiveness Should Be Improved Particularly For Female Trough Mentorship, Training, And Support From Administrators
