This study investigates the moderating role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the relationship between Work-to-Family Conflict (WFC), Familyto-Work Conflict (FWC), and Turnover Intention (TI) among nurses in Katsina metropolis public hospitals. A cross-sectional research design was adopted, and data were collected from 320 nurses using a simple random sampling technique and selfadministered questionnaires the study employs SmartPLS 4 for data analysis. Results reveal that both Work-to-Family Conflict and Family-to-Work Conflict significantly and positively affect turnover intention. Moreover, Artificial Intelligence usage significantly moderates these relationships, such that higher Artificial Intelligence integration mitigates
the impact of Work-to-Family Conflict and Familyto-Work Conflict on turnover intention. It was concluded that Healthcare administrators should
prioritize the integration of AI-enabled tools to minimize role strain and mitigate turnover intention. Policymakers must also ensure digital infrastructure and training are in place to optimize AI adoption, especially in resource-constrained public hospitals.
